Hana T (She/Her)

Psychologist

Bachelor of Social Science - Psychology (Hons.)
Charles Sturt University

Hana’s main focus in therapy is to create a safe place where people can experience a warm, non-judgemental listening ear. She understands that the journey of therapy is a deeply personal one, where there is importance in connection, understanding, and respect. Hana believes in empowering people with knowledge to understand their internal experiences and to promote confidence in their capacity to manage. She takes a client-centred approach and understands that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.

Hana has experience working in the community and private sectors to help people to manage and overcome intense and challenging emotions. She focuses on building emotional awareness and coping, improving communication skills, and working through issues related to trauma, grief, and other life stressors. She has also worked extensively with issues of addiction, helping people to work towards more life-enhancing ways of coping.

In her spare time, Hana tries not to play too much Xbox, but enjoys it immensely when she does. When she can tear herself away, she is trying to get better at manouevering her motorbike through city traffic.
