Stephanie Oldfield
She/Her
Psychologist
Master of Professional Psychology, Maquarie University
Stephanie brings genuine warmth and a holistic approach to every client she sees. Over the past ten years, she has worked across a wide range of mental health settings, including community mental health, drug and alcohol services, NDIS, and private practice. Drawing on her extensive experience with complex chronic mental health conditions, Stephanie works with a broad range of concerns, including psychosis-based illnesses, mood disorders, personality concerns, neurodivergence, and adjustment difficulties. She sees clients across the lifespan, and enjoys working with children, adolescents, through to adults, and older adults.
Stephanie understands that seeking help can be daunting, and she is committed to creating a welcoming and collaborative space where clients feel safe to be vulnerable and express themselves. She uses an integrative therapy approach to capture each client’s full experience, drawing on mindfulness based approaches, trauma processing therapy and skill building to help clients navigate their life’s journey.
Outside the therapy room, Stephanie loves being active and creative, whether that is playing music, exercising, going for bush walks, or exploring new corners of Sydney. She is also a self-confessed dog lover, always on the lookout for a furry friend to pat.
