Holly Warren (She/Her)
Psychologist (Clinical Psychologist Registrar)
Master of Clinical Psychology, Griffith University
Holly has experience working with mood disorders, struggles with adjustment, stress, ADHD and Autism, substance misuse, OCD, identity and self-concept issues, grief, PTSD, C-PTSD, anger, interpersonal difficulties, relationship and sexual concerns. She has also conducted parenting training with the caregivers of children struggling with emotional dysregulation, challenging behaviours, and neurodivergence. She has worked across diverse settings, including Lifeline, Headspace, and inpatient mental health units.

Holly combines her enthusiasm and diligence for learning all things psychology with working with clients in a way that celebrates their individuality through personalised treatment. She believes that taking the time early on to understand what would make life “wonderful,” and clarifying therapy goals based on this, helps to establish a clear direction for the ensuing work. Holly is kind, realistic, and collaborative in her approach to therapy, aiming to be a consistent support for clients throughout what can be a tough process. She particularly loves helping clients to leverage the existing unique gifts they already possess as a springboard for building new skills.
When not in the therapy room, Holly enjoys moving her body (currently through Jiu Jitsu!), getting outside in beautiful nature spots (beaches are an all-time favourite), being a book worm, and cooking.
